Setting to disable MIME Lockup

I had this issue aswell, I installed IE8 and it made notes even more painfull to use than it already is.

Not fully tested but it seems to work on 8.0.2 & 8.5.

Goto File -> Preferences -> Basic Notes Client Configuration.

Find the entry "Disable embedded browser for MIME Mail" (probably in the middle of the "Additional Options" Scroll Box), if you tick this and click OK you will notice right away the improvement.

With Sametime saved chats, without the tick took 40+ seconds to load with 50% CPU. With the tick less than 2 seconds with 1% CPU.

With Mail, Without the tick it took anywhere between 1 and 4 minutes with 50% / 90%. With the tick less than 5 seconds and 5% CPU.
